Axens' Aromizing technology simplified process flow diagram

Aromizing™ is the aromatics-oriented expression of Axens’ continuous catalyst regenerative (CCR) reforming technology positioned as the “aromatic rings production” front-end block within the broader ParamaX^® aromatics suite.

Aromizing™ converts hydrotreated naphtha into a high-aromatics reformate (the principal source of benzene, toluene, xylenes and C₉⁺ aromatics — “BTX/A₉⁺”) while co-producing large quantities of hydrogen for the overall complex.
