According to Petroleum Association of Japan (PAJ)'s "Location of Refineries and Crude Distillation Capacity in Japan" document (as of end-Mar 2024), the Showa Yokkaichi Sekiyu's Yokkaichi Refinery has a capacity of 260,000 barrels per day.

According to another source, the Yokkaichi Refinery operates several major processing units with the following capacities (as of Oct 2021):

• Crude Distillation Unit (CDU): 255,000 b/d*
• Vacuum Distillation Unit (VDU): 105,000 b/d
• Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC): 61,000 b/d
• Catalytic Reformer: 61,000 b/d
• Hydrotreater: 279,000 b/d
• Alkylation: 17,000 b/d
• Isomerization: 10,000 b/d
