PVC Manufacturing:
Major PVC resin production facility participating in FPC's Taiwan-wide debottleneck projects at Renwu, Linyuan, and Mailiao plants, adding 100,000 tons/year combined capacity to reach 1.415 million tons/year total Taiwan PVC production by 2023
Medical-Grade Materials:
Medical material center established at Renwu producing medical-grade compound resins including PVC, PE, and PP, as well as natural antibacterial materials, with commercial operations starting in 2023
Carbon Fiber Production:
Renwu carbon fiber Series A expansion project with annual output capacity of 1,600 metric tons, expected completion in first half of 2025
Other Products:
The facility also produces VCM (vinyl chloride monomer), chloromethane, and polyacrylonitrile as part of its integrated chemical manufacturing operations
Site Details
The Renwu plant covers approximately 964,074 square meters and was established in 1972 when FPC Renwu Plastics Plant commenced production, with facilities expanded progressively alongside capacity increases. The site is located within the Renwu Industrial Zone and houses both corporate headquarters functions and manufacturing operations.
