The Rokeby Site is NOVA Chemicals’ newest and most advanced polyethylene manufacturing facility, located at 804 Rokeby Line, St. Clair Township, Ontario.

Commissioned in 2023 and fully integrated with the adjacent Corunna ethylene cracker, Rokeby features a single-train, world-scale Advanced SCLAIRTECH™ (AST2) polyethylene unit with a production capacity of approximately 1 billion pounds (400,000 tonnes) per year.

The facility is engineered to produce a wide range of high-performance linear low-density (LLDPE) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resins used in flexible packaging, rotomolded goods, and recyclable film applications. Rokeby incorporates state-of-the-art environmental controls, a fully enclosed rail loading facility, and employs 120–140 people, solidifying NOVA’s role as Canada’s leading polyethylene producer and a supply chain anchor for the Sarnia-Lambton region.
