Recent Development

In September 2025, Idemitsu Kosan announced a tender offer to acquire a 70.42% stake in Fuji Oil for ¥26.1 billion, that will run until October 28, 2025, and if successful, Fuji Oil will be delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange and become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Idemitsu Kosan.
