Attock Refinery Limited ARL (اٹک ریفائنری لمیٹڈ) is a leading Pakistani company in the petroleum refining sector, recognized as the country’s pioneer with operational roots dating back to 1922. ARL was formally incorporated as a private limited company in November 1978 to take over the refining business from Attock Oil Company Limited, and became a public limited company in June 1979. Its shares are listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, and it is also registered with the Central Depository Company of Pakistan.

The company is primarily engaged in refining crude oil and supplying a range of refined petroleum products. It operates a modern refinery in Rawalpindi with a nameplate capacity of 53,400 barrels per day. ARL is majority-owned and managed by the Attock Oil Company, which holds about 61% of the shares, while the rest are held by the government, investment companies, and the general public.
