BP Raffinaderij Rotterdam B.V. (abbrev. bpRR) is the dedicated operating entity for BP's Rotterdam refinery complex, located in Europoort, Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands. It was incorporated in 1989 and is also known under its former trade name Nerefco (Netherlands Refining Company).

The workforce is estimated at 500–999 employees on site, and the refinery has a crude distillation capacity of approximately 400,000 bpd across two crude units, making it the largest oil refinery in the Netherlands.
