PT Petro Oxo Nusantara (PON) is a leading Indonesian chemical manufacturing company, recognized as a pioneer and the largest producer of 2-Ethyl Hexanol (2-EH), Iso-Butanol (IBA), Normal-Butanol (NBA), and Liquid Carbon Dioxide (LCO2) in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Established on May 9, 1996, and commencing operations in 1998, PON has developed a strong presence both in domestic and international markets, with around 80–90% of its products exported to countries such as China, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates.

PON is part of the Pertamina Group and has shareholders including PT Tuban Petrochemical Industries and PT Tuban Propilena Nusantara. This positions PON within Indonesia’s national strategy to strengthen the domestic petrochemical industry and reduce reliance on imports.
