Integration into SIBUR-TAIF
In 2014, NKHK converted to public joint-stock company and listed on the stock market. In 2021, PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim became part of PJSC SIBUR Holding through the strategic merger with TAIF Group, creating Russia's largest and one of the world's biggest integrated petrochemical companies. TAIF Group controls 75.6% stake (now under SIBUR-TAIF following 2021 merger).

Production Facilities
Nizhnekamskneftekhim operates an integrated complex of eight major production plants along with R&D facilities, training centers, and auxiliary operations at its Nizhnekamsk site.
