Public Joint Stock Company Nizhnekamskneftekhim (abbreviated as PJSC "Nizhnekamskneftekhim") — Публичное акционерное общество «Нижнекамскнефтехим» (abbreviated as ПАО «Нижнекамскнефтехим»), is one of SIBUR’s largest production sites in Russia that focuses on manufacturing synthetic rubbers and plastics. It ranks among the world's leading producers of petrochemical products.

Nizhnekamskneftekhim is a global leader in terms of isoprene rubber production and rank among top 3 suppliers of butyl rubbers and top 10 global synthetic rubber producers. The offering includes over 120 product grades.

On November 13, 2014, Nizhnekamskneftekhim became a public joint-stock company (PJSC), and its shares began trading on the stock market. In 2016, a modernized production of linear alpha-olefins was put into operation. Since 2017, the production of formaldehyde, isobutylene, extraction and separation of benzene have been put into operation, and the production of oxyethylated products (MPEG, TPEG, NPEG) has been mastered. In 2021, PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim became part of PJSC SIBUR Holding, and the production of a new generation of rubber - DSSK - and thermoplastic elastomers was put into operation. The company becomes a manufacturer of the entire line of rubbers, meeting any requests from tire manufacturers.
