PT Pertamina Rosneft Pengolahan dan Petrokimia (PRPP) is a joint venture between Pertamina through its Sub Holding Refining & Petrochemical company, PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional and an oil and gas company from Russia, Rosneft through its affiliate Rosneft Singapore Pte. Ltd. to build and operate an integrated petrochemical industry fuel refinery, Grass Root Refinery Tuban.

PRPP plan to build and operate the most advanced integrated fuel refinery with petrochemical industry in Tuban Regency, East Java.
