A freeboard 4 is formed on the top of the fluidized bed gasification furnace 1, and an incombustibles discharge port 5 is formed on the bottom. The fluidized medium circulation system 20 for circulating the fluidized medium in the fluidized bed gasification furnace 1 includes an incombustibles extraction conveyor 21, a fluidized medium extraction lock hopper 22, a fluidized medium elevator 23, which is arranged below the incombustibles discharge port 5. The fluid medium supply lock hopper 24, the fluid medium feeding conveyor hopper 25, and the fluid medium feeding conveyor 26 are provided.
