  c. Alkylation reaction involving steam generators and two catalyst-bed layers.
  d. Benzene recovery from the benzene recovery column.
  e. Ethylbenzene recovery from the ethylbenzene recovery column.
  f. Polyethylbenzene recovery from the polyethylbenzene recovery column.
  g. Trans-alkylation reaction in the trans-alkylation reactor.

  • Standard oil consumption is 10 kg per tonne of ethylbenzene
