Description
MEGlobal operates the FS1 EO/EG (Ethylene Oxide/Ethylene Glycol) plant in Fort Saskatchewan in the Alberta Province of Canada, home to approximately 45 employees. The Fort Saskatchewan site began operations in 1961. The FS1 EO/EG plant is one of the largest in Canada, producing more than 450,000 MT of glycol per annum.
In addition to the MEGlobal EO/EG plant, the site is also home to The Dow Chemical Company who operates four world-scale plants including Fractionator, Ethylene, Polyethylene, power and utilities.
