The San Antonio plant has a permitted capacity of 21,000 barrels a day, processing crude oil and condensate mainly from the Eagle Ford basin. Presently, the refinery produces LPG, naphtha, regular and premium gasoline, commercial and military jet fuel, atmospheric tower bottoms and ultra-low sulfur diesel. There are nearly 250,000 barrels of storage capacity at the plant and around 200,000 barrels of additional crude oil storage capacity at a crude oil terminal based in Elmendorf, Texas. The related assets include a crude oil terminal and pipeline, which has been acquired by Starlight.
