Ningxia Runfeng New Material Technology operates an integrated propane-to-polypropylene production complex in the Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base, Yinchuan City, Ningxia. The facility represents a total investment of 3.2 billion yuan and was fully commissioned and put into operation in August 2021,

The complex consists of three main production plants:

PDH Plant: 300,000 tons per annum (KTA) propane dehydrogenation (PDH) unit, which includes a 400,000 tons per annum feedstock pretreatment unit, along with supporting facilities such as a research and development center, central control room, fire station, wastewater treatment plant, flare system, cooling water system, storage tank farm, finished product warehouse, and central laboratory.​

PP Plant: 300,000 tons per annum polypropylene (PP) plant producing primarily polypropylene powder.

Ammonia Plant: 100,000 tons per annum synthetic ammonia plant, utilizing hydrogen from the PDH unit's off-gas combined with nitrogen from an air separation unit. 

The integrated complex consumes 400,000 tons per annum of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) from surrounding coal-chemical and petrochemical enterprises as feedstock, producing 300,000 tons per annum of polypropylene. At full capacity, the facility achieves annual sales revenue of 3 billion yuan, net profit of 320 million yuan, and tax contributions of 309 million yuan, while creating 500 new jobs.​
