Cnergyico Isomerate Pk (Private) Limited operates Pakistan’s largest isomerization facility at Mouza Kund, Sub Tehsil Gadani, District Lasbela, Balochistan. The plant was acquired in March 2015 and has a nameplate processing capacity of 12,500 barrels per day.

Facility Configuration and Operation

• Location: Mouza Kund, near Cnergyico’s main refinery complex, enabling integrated operations with the parent company’s upstream and downstream lines.
• Design: The unit is composed of three major sections: Feed Preparation, Penex, and Molex.
• Feedstock: Light naphtha, previously an export product, is converted within the facility into premium motor gasoline.
• Technology: Employs advanced isomerization processes to restructure naphtha molecules, increasing octane number and eliminating benzene for a more environmentally friendly, lead-free, and higher-yield gasoline blend stock.
• Product: Premium Motor Gasoline with negligible benzene content, supporting cleaner fuel standards in Pakistan.
