Fuzhou Wanjing Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (福州万景石化有限公司) operates a major propane dehydrogenation (PDH) facility in the Western Chemical Industry Zone of the Jiangyin Port Economic Zone, Fuqing, Fuzhou, Fujian Province.

• The company’s flagship project is a 900,000 tons per year PDH unit, which began operations on May 15, 2025. This plant uses Lummus CATOFIN^® process technology.
• The facility also includes a PSA hydrogen extraction unit and is fully integrated with the infrastructure of the Zhongjing Petrochemical Science and Technology Park, benefiting from shared utilities and direct pipeline connections to downstream polypropylene and film manufacturing units within the group.

The feedstock for the operation is imported propane, delivered via the group’s dedicated LPG terminals and cryogenic storage facilities.

The primary product is polymer-grade propylene, which meets international quality standards and is a critical raw material for the group’s polypropylene production.
