Jincheng Petrochemical has applied to Beijing for quotas to import 15 million metric tons of crude per year, which equates to 300,000 barrels per day, or about 3% of the shipments the world's largest crude importer brings in ../.. Previously state refiner Sinopec Corp was assigned the oil supplier to the plants now run by Jincheng, which have a combined processing capacity of 400,000 bpd, after the previous owners lost their import quotas following the 2021 investigation.

Business license: gasoline, diesel [closed-loop flash point ≤ 60°C], benzene, naphtha, dry gas (hydrogen, methane, ethane, propane), isopentane, non-condensable gas (n-butane, isobutane), pentane oil (isopentane, n-butane, n-pentane, n-hexane), hydrogen, desorption gas (hydrogen, methane, ethane), fuel gas (hydrogen, n-butane, isobutane, ethane, propane), sulfur-containing fuel gas (hydrogen, propane, n-butane, isobutane), hydrogen-containing gas (hydrogen), liquid hydrocarbons (n-butane, isobutane) (the validity period of the above business scope is subject to the license), kerosene, aviation jet lubricants, road petroleum asphalt, diesel [closed-loop flash point > 60°C], solvent oil, light oil, delayed petroleum coke, light wax oil, fuel oil, residual oil, white oil, paraffin production and sales; import and export of goods (projects that must be approved according to law, business activities can only be carried out after approval by relevant departments).
