Comment: The propylene produced by the OCT is not sufficient to load the two PP plant to full capacity, even considering some percentage of ethylene used as a comonomer. It is not clear if additional propylene monomer is imported. The OCT also needs C4s, probably RAF-2 as a feedstock for the metathesiis reaction.; RAF also contains 20% 1-butane that becomes fuel gas in the process.
