Thai Polypropylene Co., Ltd. (TPP) is a wholly owned subsidiary of SCG Chemicals Co., Ltd. (SCGC), the petrochemicals arm of The Siam Cement Public Company Limited (SCG), one of Thailand's largest and most established industrial conglomerates.

TPP is Thailand's dedicated polypropylene (PP) producer within the SCGC group, operating three world-scale PP production trains at Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate in Rayong Province. All three trains are licensed under Mitsui Chemicals' Hypol II process technology: Train No. 1 and No. 2 were commissioned in earlier phases of SCGC's downstream expansion, while Train No. 3 — with a design capacity of 400,000 tonnes per year (KTA) — was added following a technology licensing agreement with Mitsui Chemicals signed in January 2007 and completed around 2010. With the addition of Train No. 3, TPP reached a combined nameplate PP production capacity of 720 KTA, establishing it as one of the largest single-entity polypropylene producers in Southeast Asia.

TPP's PP resins serve a broad range of downstream plastics applications including packaging, automotive parts, pipes, household goods, and textile fibres. As a fully integrated subsidiary within the SCGC complex at Map Ta Phut, TPP sources its propylene feedstock from upstream units operated by sister companies, forming a closely integrated supply chain within the SCGC group.
