• Refining:
  Irving Oil operates Canada’s largest oil refinery, located in Saint John, New Brunswick, with a processing capacity of over 320,000 barrels of crude oil per day. The refinery is a key supplier of fuels to both Canadian and U.S. markets, exporting more than 80% of its production to the United States. The facility is known for its complexity and scale, featuring dual crude units, advanced catalytic cracking, and a Nelson Complexity Index of 8.24.

• Retail and Distribution:
  The company manages more than 900 fueling locations and a network of distribution terminals across Eastern Canada and New England, serving wholesale, commercial, and retail customers. Its supply chain is supported by the Canaport deep-water terminal, which enables the import of crude oil from around the world.

• International Presence:
  Irving Oil expanded into Europe in 2014, establishing operations in London and tankage in Amsterdam. In 2016, it acquired the Whitegate refinery in Ireland (the country’s only refinery), and in 2019, it bought Top Oil, a major Irish fuel distributor.
