Description

Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. (河南能源化工集团有限公司) is a major state-owned enterprise, with the current operational base focused on coal mining, coal gasification, chemical manufacturing, and energy production in China's Henan Province.

Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group was formed through strategic mergers:

  • December 2008: Five entities merged to form Henan Coal and Chemical Industry Group (河南煤业化工集团): Yongmei Group, Jiaomei Group, Hemei Group, Zhongyuan Dahua, and Henan Provincial Gas Group
