Xinjiang Tianye Huihe New Materials Co., Ltd. (新疆天业汇合新材料有限公司) is a coal-to-chemicals subsidiary established on July 12, 2017, operating an integrated coal gasification and ethylene glycol production complex at the 147th Regiment, Shihu Tan New Materials Industrial Park, Shihezi City, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. The company is structured as an equity participation subsidiary (参股子公司), jointly owned by Xinjiang Tianye (Group) Co., Ltd. (controlling shareholder) and Xinjiang Tianye Co., Ltd. 

Strategic Integration

Xinjiang Tianye Huihe serves as the syngas supply hub for the integrated coal-to-chemicals complex at the 147th Regiment industrial park. The gasification infrastructure provides feedstock not only for the company's own ethylene glycol production but also supplies syngas to adjacent facilities including Xinjiang Tianye Huixiang New Materials Co., Ltd., which operates ethanol and ethanol-to-ethylene production units. This integrated structure creates a comprehensive coal-to-chemicals value chain supporting multiple downstream chemical production pathways within the Xinjiang Tianye Group.
