Sinopec Tahe Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd.  (Chinese name: 中国石化塔河炼化有限责任公司) is a limited liability company and a subsidiary of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec Corp.). The company was jointly established by China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation and Kuche Asset Management Co., Ltd..

The company's predecessor was established as China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation Tahe Branch Company in 2005. In June 2012, it was restructured and registered as Tahe Refining & Chemical Company Limited.

Tahe Company holds a unique position as the only refining and petrochemical enterprise of Sinopec Group in Xinjiang Autonomous Region. It is also described as Sinopec's sole refining and petrochemical facility in the entire Northwest region of China.

While operationally integrated, Tahe Refining & Chemical Company and Tahe Oilfield are separate entities within the Sinopec system. The oilfield is operated by Sinopec Northwest Oilfield Company, which is responsible for crude oil exploration and production. Tahe Refining Company serves as the downstream processing facility for the oilfield's heavy crude oil production.
