Air Products Lu’An (Changzhi) Co., Ltd. (Chinese: 安普利特潞安（长治）有限公司) is located in Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, China at the Lu’An Clean Energy site in Changzhi (Chinese: 中国山西省长治市（潞安清洁能源园区.

The company is owned by Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (安普利特) and Lu’An Clean Energy Company (潞安清洁能源公司) in a ratio 60%/40% since JV formation (agreement signed September 2017, closed April 2018).

The JV: 

• Owns and operates four large air separation units (ASUs), four gasifiers, and syngas clean-up systems at the Lu’An Clean Energy site in Changzhi.
• Acquired gasification and syngas clean-up assets from Lu’An Clean Energy for 7.9 billion RMB (approximately $1.2 billion).
• Receives coal, steam and power from Lu’An Clean Energy.
• Supplies syngas under a long-term contract to Lu’An Clean Energy for coal-to-liquids and chemical production.
