Changzheng Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (航天长征化学工程股份有限公司), formerly Aerospace Long March Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. (航天长征化学工程股份有限公司) was established in June 2007 and is a subsidiary of the China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology (CALT) under China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC).

The company was called "CHANGZHENG ENGINEERING CO., LTD" (abbreviated as CECO) from 2007-2023, whereby "Aerospace Long March Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd." is a descriptive translation, not the official registered name. In 2023, name was change into "CHANGZHENG ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD", abbreviated as CETEC).

CETEC specializes in the research and development of coal gasification technology and key equipment, engineering design, technical services, complete equipment supply, and EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) contracting.

The company is the owner and exclusive licensor of the HT-L (Aerospace) pressurized entrained-flow coal gasification process, which is widely used in coal-to-chemicals, coal-to-methanol, coal-to-ammonia, coal-to-natural gas, coal-to-oil, coal-to-olefins, coal-to-ethylene glycol, coal-to-hydrogen, and IGCC power generation projects.

CETEC is recognized as a “Single Champion Manufacturing Enterprise” in China’s chemical engineering sector and maintains a leading position in the domestic coal gasification market.
