HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) is a joint venture between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), which holds a 74% equity stake, and the Government of Rajasthan, holding the remaining 26%. HRRL is developing a major greenfield refinery-cum-petrochemical complex at Pachpadra in the Balotra district of Rajasthan, India.

• The HRRL complex is designed to produce Bharat Stage VI (BS-VI) compliant fuels and a wide range of petrochemicals, supporting India’s clean fuel and industrial growth ambitions.
• The project is a major employment generator, expected to create tens of thousands of direct and indirect jobs during construction and operation.
• Future expansion is proposed to double the refinery capacity from 9.0 to 18.0 MMTPA
