The Balochistan Refinery refers to Cnergyico Pk Limited's oil refining complex located at Mouza Kund, District Lasbela, Hub, Balochistan Province, Pakistan. The facility is positioned 50 kilometers from Karachi toward Hub in the Balochistan coastal area at Khalifa Point. This strategic coastal location provides Cnergyico with competitive advantages over inland refineries due to significantly lower logistics costs and direct access to marine crude oil transportation.

The Balochistan refinery complex consists of two separate oil refining complexes (ORC-I and ORC-II) with a combined nameplate capacity of 156,000 barrels per day, making it Pakistan's largest oil refinery by installed capacity.
