Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Natural Gas Co., Ltd. (陕西延长石油天然气股份有限公司), known within the group by its short name 延长石油天然气公司, is a non-listed joint-stock company incorporated on 24 November 2015 and headquartered in Ansai District, Yan'an, Shaanxi Province. It was established as the dedicated natural gas and LNG production arm of the Yanchang Petroleum Refining & Chemical Company, consolidating the group's associated gas processing, LNG liquefaction, and natural gas supply activities under a single corporate entity. With a total LNG production capacity of 1.1 million mt/yr, it is recognised as the largest LNG producer in China. The company processes oil-associated gas produced by Yanchang Group's oilfields and supplies LNG and pipeline natural gas across Shaanxi Province and neighbouring markets.
