The Yulin Refinery (榆林炼油厂) is the largest of the three refineries operated by the Yanchang Petroleum Group Refining & Chemical Company, with a CDU capacity of 7.2 million mt/yr, located in Jingbian County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province (陕西省榆林市靖边县). Established in 1993, it was among the first facilities in the group to produce National VI standard fuels and plays a strategic role as a supplier of atmospheric residue feedstock to the adjacent Yanchang-China Coal Yulin Energy & Chemical integrated complex. Unlike the two Yan'an-area refineries, it is not currently identified for decommissioning.
