ExxonMobil (Huizhou) Chemical Co., Ltd. is a direct subsidiary of Exxon Mobil Corporation. EMHCC represents China's first major petrochemical project with 100% U.S. ownership and no joint venture partner.

The company operates an integrated petrochemical complex in Daya Bay Petrochemical Industrial Park, featuring a 1.6 million t/y ethylene steam cracker and downstream polyolefin units producing 2.65 million t/y of high-performance polymers, including linear polyethylene, low density polyethylene and polypropylene. Total project investment exceeds USD $10 billion. Construction began April 2020; commercial operations commenced July 15, 2025.
