The Tahe Refinery is a conversion-focused oil refining facility situated in Kuche County, Xinjiang, operated by SINOPEC Tahe Company. It is designed to process heavy, high-sulfur crude from the nearby Tahe Oilfield and is the largest and only Sinopec refinery in Xinjiang.
