WRB Refining LP is a joint venture refining company that owns and operates two major petroleum refineries in the United States. The company was established on July 1, 2007, as a 50/50 partnership between Phillips 66 (formerly ConocoPhillips) and Cenovus Energy Inc. (formerly Encana Corporation).

However, this ownership structure is set to change as Phillips 66 announced in September 2025 its agreement to acquire Cenovus's remaining 50% stake for $1.4 billion, with the transaction expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Shareholding structure will be changed accordingly when the transaction is completed.
