I have developed but not completed the mass balance, as it is an impossible task. In any case, I have identified most of the technologies employed with some assumptions on references to technologies used 15 years ago or so. There is a complete lack of information details about what happens between the ADUs and the two FCC plants, the Lube plant and the fuel blending plant. Also, the mass balance is not matching as far as feedstock going into the FCCs is concerned. In case of the aromatics plant, this is suite of many technologies, there is reforming, alkylation, separation, etc but no details are available, and although we now it is from Axens (formerly HRI) it is not possible to assign a licensor without selecting a specific technology, there is no such a thing as an 'aromatics' technology. The lube plant itself is not transparent as there is one VDU before vacuum reside processing but it is not clear if only one VDU is linked to the initial ADU or a second one linked to the second, larger ADU exist. The propylene feeding into the PP plants is matching as there is an additional PP compounding plant, which capacity must be disregarded as it is fed with PP from the upstream PP units. There is absolutely no usable information details about the styrene copolymers (SAN/ABS) and EPS plants. It is as good as it can get at this stage.
