Polymer Plants - JGSOC’s current polyolefins manufacturing processes are based on UNIPOL™ PE and PP Process Technology... Univation Technologies, LLC is the licensor for UNIPOL™ PE Process, while W.R. Grace & Co. is the licensor for UNIPOL™ PP Process Technology.

Process Overview - UNIPOL™ technology is a single reactor gas-phase process, which is known for its safety, environment-friendliness, simplicity, operational stability, cost-effectiveness and versatility. UNIPOL™’s relatively low pressures and low temperatures eliminate over-pressurization and runaway reactions, making it one of the safest PE and PP polymerization technologies available today.

JGSPC produces HDPE, LLDPE, PP Homopolymer and PP Random Copolymer resins marketed under the EVALENE^® brand using the world-renowned UNIPOL™ gas phase technology.

By 2021, JGSPC’s production capacities shall be 320 KTA of polyethylene and 300 KTA of polypropylene using the UNIPOL™ Process.
