Equate was increasing the capacity of its existing 600,000 tonne/year high density PE (HDPE)/linear low density PE (LLDPE) swing plant by 50%.It is assumed the PE swing capacity is made of two plants since a 900,000 tonnes per year Unipol PE plant did not exist at theat time, and it still does not exist today.
