Short Name: 2nd Loop Flow Reactor
Description: The Reactor System consists in a Circulation Loop comprising of a Plug Flow Reactor Chamber with an internal Static Mixer, a Circulation Pump (that circulates the Material around the Loop at a recycle ratio of at least about 10), and a Heat Exchanger. The Reactor Chamber is equipped with Inlets for the Initiator, the Catalyst, and the Monomer(s). A portion of the Reaction Stream is exiting the Flow Loop through the Product Outlet to be directed to the Tubular Reactor.
