Description

The heat exchanger 4 is an integrated device, which mainly includes two layers, i.e., an upper layer 41 and a lower layer 42, and heats dehydrogenation materials by superheated steam corresponding to the chamber B and the chamber C of the heating furnace, respectively, the first dehydrogenation material enters the top channel through the upper outer sleeve, and directly enters the channel shared by the upper and lower layers after heat exchange, and superheated steam enters the heat exchanger through the inner sleeve and exchanges heat with the material from bottom to top in the inner sleeve, thereby realizing countercurrent heat exchange. Dehydrogenation materials enter the heat exchange tube at the lower section through the shared tube box and are heated to the reaction temperature, the outer sleeve is not arranged at the lower section, the materials directly leave the equipment from the bottom tube box, and the mode of superheated steam operation is the same as that of the upper section. Through the above type, the two sections of heat exchange are both countercurrent 7/10heat exchange, so that the temperature difference of the heat exchanger is increased, and the equipment area is reduced; the upper segment is supported on the barrel of hypomere through the skirt, and upper segment and hypomere share middle pipe case, middle part position sets up the business turn over material collecting pipe of high temperature steam in the middle of the middle pipe case, realizes the business turn over of high temperature material, eliminates the detention district of heat exchanger.
