Siltronic Silicon Wafer Pte. Ltd. started production in 2007. We manufacture 300mm wafers and 300 ingots at this site. The Siltronic manufacturing facilities are currently amongst the world’s most modern. Drawing on sophisticated information and automation technology, the facilities produce wafers with single wafer history tracing. The site spreads out over more than 120,000 m² - ensuring that Siltronic Singapore is well positioned as a regional production center within the Siltronic production network. Today, the wafers manufactured in Singapore are not only shipped to customers in the region, but all over the world.
