PTTGC’s Map Ta Phut Complex is a fully integrated refinery–petrochemical hub occupying multiple branches within the Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate. It combines crude‐ and condensate‐distillation units with downstream olefins, aromatics, specialty chemicals, and utilities. Shared infrastructure—steam, power, water, internal pipelines, deep‐sea port access—enables seamless feedstock and product flows, maximizing energy efficiency and cost synergies.

The PO and phenol/acetone/BPA units were consolidated into PTTGC in February 2023; all share utilities and logistics with the adjacent refinery and olefins units.

Utilities and Logistics

Steam & Power: Central cogeneration and boiler plants supply all branches.
Water & Waste: Shared industrial-water systems (160 000 m³/d) and centralized effluent treatment.
Pipeline & Port: Internal pipe rack network links all units; 5 km to Map Ta Phut Deep Sea Port for marine export/import.
