High density polyethylene is polyethylene with density (specific gravity) of 0.94 or more, and is produced by polymerizing ethylene using a catalyst at a low pressure of several MPa to 4 MPa. High density polyethylene has a wide range of uses such as plastic bag, containers for industrial chemicals and detergents, tarps, chemical fibers and non-woven fabrics, and supports our lifestyles.
