Luoyang Ruiming Petrochemical Technology Co., Ltd is a professional engineering company in the petrochemical industry. Its main business covers the feasibility study, planning design, process design, basic& detailed design, engineering consultation, and engineering cost consultation for petrochemical and oil & gas storage/transportation projects, including the development of petrochemical and power technologies and computer soft-hardware development. 

Located near the beautiful Peony Square the company has an office area of over 1000 square meters with its address at the 5th floor, Building 1, No.21st Courtyard, Xiyuan Road, Luoyang, Henan, P.R. China. Benefiting from the mature development of petrochemical industry and strong scientific research strength in Luoyang, the company takes full advantage of the rich resources in technology achievements, aiming at a good performance in technology innovation, technical achievements transformation and market expansion etc. 

The company consists of General Affairs Department, Process Department, Piping Department, Equipment Department, Instrumentation Department, Electric Department and Civil Department, which are equipped with more than 60 computers, 3 printers, 2 duplicators, 2 special plotters, and 1 projector as well as the computer software such as SAESAR (stress analysis software), AUTOCAD (drawing software), SolidWorks (three-dimensional mapping software), PV-Desktop-10.0.05 software (the computer aided design desktop system for static petrochemical equipment),  SPDA (three-dimensional piping aided design system), HITI (heat exchanging computer software), ASPEN PLUS, and PRO/II (process simulation software) with 100% rate of computer drawing.

Presently the company has 67 employees, among whom there are 11 re-employed senior engineers and 49 technical personnel. Its key technical personnel have been engaged in petrochemical engineering work for many years, and have rich professional knowledge and strong capability in project engineering. The company has a large number of expert resources from the petrochemical engineering system, and based on their long-term practice they have accumulated a wealth of experience in project engineering, which results in the most valuable technology, providing strong technical support for the company’s business development. With such a rich human resource that has supplied the company with a huge development and technology advantages the company can timely grasp the latest achievement in the petrochemical technology, and apply it in the company’s project engineering, thus transforming the technology into productivity as soon as possible. 

Since it was established more than ten years ago the company has accomplished dozens of domestic petroleum refining projects, including atmospheric & vacuum, catalytic cracking, coking, gasoline & diesel hydrofining, MTBE, gas separation, sulfur recovery and associated auxiliary systems, and its achievements cover quite a number of places through China. The company has made an active contribution to the alleviation of the imbalance between the supply and demand of local petroleum and chemical products, and provided help in the local economic development.
