Shanghai Huayi Holding Group Co. (referred to as "Shanghai Huayi" and formerly known as "Shanghai Huayi (Group) Company") is a large chemical enterprise group established through asset reorganization authorized by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Shanghai Municipal Government. It is the main pioneer and builder of Shanghai Chemical Industry Zone and one of the major shareholders of Shanghai Chemical Industry Development Co., Ltd.
