Shaanxi Yulin (or Yuneng) Energy Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yulin Energy Group) is a state-owned enterprise under Yulin City established in July 2012, with a registered capital of 9.5 billion yuan and an asset scale of more than 100 billion yuan. There are more than 70 wholly-owned, holding companies and branches, with nearly 10,000 employees.

The approved coal production capacity is 38 million tons, the mid-year coal forwarding capacity is 60 million tons, and the installed capacity of thermal power is 100 million tons.
