Shaanxi Beiyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Beiyuan Group", stock code: 601568) is a large-scale chemical enterprise jointly established by Shaanxi Coal Group, private enterprises, natural person shareholders and employee shareholding platforms. 

It has a production capacity of 1.1 million tons/year of polyvinyl chloride, 800,000 tons/year of ion membrane caustic soda, 4×125MW coal-fired power, 2.2 million tons/year of new dry industrial waste slag cement, and 500,000 tons/year of calcium carbide.
