Xinjiang Tianye Co., Ltd., which is controlled by Tianye Group, was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in June 1997, and Xinjiang Tianye Water-Saving Irrigation Co., Ltd. was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in February 2006.
