SiburTyumenGas is the leader in the processing of associated petroleum gas in Russia
The company processes a by-product of oil extraction—associated petroleum gas—produced in the Tyumen region, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
The products of our operations become feedstock for petrochemical and chemical enterprises, which manufacture synthetic rubbers, plastics, automotive tires, gasoline, gas engine fuel, and fuel for industrial and municipal needs.
7 gas processing plants
Approximately 26 billion cubic meters of associated petroleum gas per year—the total design capacity of the company’s enterprises.
Belozerny GPP
Built in the 80-ies for the utilization of oil associated gas. Includes Belozernoye and Radubling productions, Varyegan and Bakhilsk compressor stations. Recycles APG according to the scheme of low-temperature condensation with a turbo-material. Products: dry gasoline gas for the Paribel-Kuzbass gas pipeline and SFLU for the Tobolsk site. In 2022, a new hydrocarbon condensate purification facility was launched.
Gubkinsky GPP
The northernmost GPP of Russia, put into operation in December 1988. Comprises, purification, drying and processing of associated petroleum gas, the production and shipment of liquid marketable products, as well as the supply of drained gas to the main gas pipeline.
Yuzhno-Balyksky GPP
Built in four years and in 1978 took the first associated oil gas, releasing the first products in a month. In 1991, the plant began to produce gasoline A-76. Since 2007, the plant has been modernized, increasing its capacity. In 2012, the installation of STCR was launched, which increased the extraction of components to 98%. In 2017, the reconstruction allowed to produce more than 100 thousand tons of SFLU annually.
Vyngapurovsky GPP
It was built in 2012 during the reconstruction of the Vyngapurov compressor station. In 2016, a project was completed to increase the processing of APG, increasing the degree of extraction of hydrocarbon fractions to 99%. Includes Muravlenkov production, which produces dry gas and SFLU, as well as the Kholmogorsk compressor workshop for compression and drying of APG.
Nizhnevartovsky GPP
Nizhnevartovsk GPP is the first of gas processing of Western Siberia and the largest supplier of raw materials for the petrochemical industry of Russia. Produces dry gas and a wide fraction of light hydrocarbons (SFLU). These products are in demand in the Russian market and are used, in particular, as a fuel for industrial and communal needs, as raw materials at Russian chemical enterprises, in petrochemical production.
Nyagangasprocessing
The plant was commissioned in December 1987. The production infrastructure includes roads, sites for the shipment of propane-butane technical and gas stable gasoline, the capacity for storing products. The plant is collecting and processing of associated petroleum gas of the Krasnolensky vault, produces drained gas, propane-butane technical, gas gasoline is stable, technical propane, and transports gas to the Gazprom gas pipeline system.
Yuzhno-Priobsky GPP (JV with Gazpromneft-Khanthos LLC)
The joint venture between Gazprom Neft and SIBUR was founded in 2007. Main objects: raw material compressor station, installation of low-temperature condensation, a shelling unit and cleaning of hydrocarbon condensate. The plant receives, compromises and processes associated petroleum gas from the Priobskoye field.
