JGSOC Mass Balance has been completed.
However, naphtha import quantity is only estimated as well as cracker coproducts quantities. There is a deficit of ethylene and propylene to supply the three PE and the PP plant. The company is either importing the missing monomer quantities or running the polymerization plants at lower than nominal capacity.

Can you re-visit this MB please.

The Ethylene is not consumed by the PE-Plants and the Ethylene would not suffice to supply all 3 Plants. The MB-Table shows the site is balanced, but I noticed that the calcuation (Balanced / Not-Balanced) does not take into consideration that Processing Assets may not have any Imports or Consumption. The Visualization shows that very clearly.

I will develop a Warning-Marker on the MB-View, that there are Producing Assets without Imports, which indicates that the MB is not complete.

I have not fed the ethylene to the PE plants because I don't know how to allocate the ethylene to the three different plants. This is not solvable until more details are available.
