The 2# polypropylene unit adopts the domestically produced second-generation loop polypropylene process technology and uses Sinopec's catalyst system. It was completed and put into production in January 2013 with an annual production capacity of 180,000 tons. The extrusion granulation system of the unit adopts a pure additive addition system, which has the advantages of simple operation, flexible brand switching, and stable product quality. At present, the main products include PPH-Y35X, PPH-YJ40X, PPH-MN60, PPH-MN70, PPH-MN90B, PPH-MN15, PPH-MN150, PPH-MN220 and propylene-butane copolymer products, etc. The application scope includes homopolymer pipes, sheets, laminated products, BOPP films, high crystallization injection molding, etc.
