SINOPEC is doing PDP for the Sinopec Gulei Petrochemical Co. Ethylene Plant at Fujian, China, Phase II project.
Ethylene capacity is 1,500,000 tonnes of ethylene based on LPG and Naphtha feedstock, expected for startup in 2027.
